This website has been developed to provide a convenient Forum for discussion and collaboration . This could include sharing existing AI training courses and resources and participating with WDTA experts to jointly develop new AI training courses and use cases specifically to train AI entrepreneurs to help deliver the SDGs .
We want to make this a “club” where AI academy staff can come to catch up on the latest developments and AI tools through our RSS feeds, browse through our general resources section , recently published documents of relevance, etc and join in the discussions and interactions with similar AI Academies from around the world
For those who become WAAA members, the website will eventually offer many additional benefits by providing access to a restricted “member services” section. The WAAA will be populated and managed by the member AI academies and experts and is expected to include the shared training courses, use cases and other resources such as downloadable pre recorded video lectures by leading AI experts for use by AI academies within their courses .
It will also hopefully, include the 17 jointly developed AI courses to develop AI entrepreneurs. These will be targeted at developing relevant products and services to serve the needs the 15-20 different disadvantaged groups e.g. how can indigenous groups be served with products and services to get benefit from AI ? , What products and services would help subsistence farmers to benefit from AI ? , What products or services could help rural communities benefit from AI ? etc These product and services oriented training courses will show the commercial opportunuitues for AI entrepreneurs and hence increase the numbers of trainees
