Continuing advances in energy and satellite internet means the very soon the 2.5 billion who previously were unserved are going to be coming online and will need the same products and services that the connected world has enjoyed.
Such products and services will have to be developed by AI entreprenurs and businesses in the developing world and this will require an army of AI developers. AI academies have a very important role to play in helping create such an “army” so that the benefits of AI are shared equitably across the world. The World AI Academies’ Association (WAAA ) is being establshed as a sister not fpr profit organisation to the International Association of ai Agent Developers (IAAD ) . It will create a newtork of AI Academies collaborating and sharing resources and participating in development of specialist AI entrepreneur training courses focussing on the products and services needed to help deliver the Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs).
